About GRE (General Test)
GRE General Test is one of the most popular graduate admission tests for candidates looking to pursue MS Studies or Graduate studies abroad. Nearly every university in the USA and UK accept GRE score. GRE score is accepted for many graduate and doctoral business programs in India as well.
Some graduate programs require that applicants take GRE Subject Test. This assesses candidates' technical knowledge of specific subject. The test is conducted for four disciplines: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Psychology.
GRE Test is created and administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS).
Candidates are expected to possess a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. There is no age limit set for candidates wanting to appear for their GRE test.
Analytical writing: 2 essays in 60 minutes
Verbal reasoning: 40 questions in 60 minutes
Quantitative reason: 40 questions in 70 minutes
